DESCRIPTION:******English below******\nDel 15 al 27 de febrero tendremos un curso especial de Aguahara en Zipolite – Mazunte\, en la Costa del Pacífico de México. Será un curso intensivo de dos semana (Nivel oficial 1 y 2 Aguahara). Con Sandra Morell como facilitadora principal. \nNivel 1 «Tratamiento básico»\n→ Aprende a dar una sesión completa en la superficie del agua;\napertura y relajación del cuerpo\, flotación\, movimiento y estiramientos. \nNivel 1 y 2 «Mar adentro» \n→ Aprende el tratamiento básico\, así como los primeros movimientos bajo el agua y la conexión cuerpo / mente \nEn estas 2 semana aprenderemos y desarrollaremos los conceptos básicos del trabajo en el elemento sanador del agua. El curso se basa en mucha práctica\, por lo que estaremos todos los días durante varias horas en el agua\, aprendiendo a movernos y ser movidos en la conexión con la otra persona y el agua. It will be a two weeks Intensive course (Official 2 Levels Aguahara Course) With Sandra Morell as main Facilitator. \nEarly Bird Prize till January 1st! \n  \nLevel 1 “Basic Treatment”\n→ Learn how to give a full session on the surface of the water;\nopening and relaxing of the body\, floating and stretches. \nLevel 2 “Into the deep” \n→ Learn the Basic Treatment as well as the first underwater moves and the body / mind connection \nIn this 2 weeks we will learn and develop the basics of working in the sacred healing element of water. The course is based on a lot of practice\, so we will be every day for a few hours in the water\, learning how to move and being moved in the connection of giver and receiver. There will also be a theoretical part in form of lectures and parts of the teaching outside of the water. \n  \nINSCRIPTIONS at aguadanza@gmail.com \n  \nAGUAHARA (healing water-massage) done in a space of almost no gravity which allows a deep relaxation work on body and mind\, freeing blocked energies and emotions\, releasing the articulations and the spine. The healing takes place in natural water or a pool where the body is taken on a pleasant water journey\, going through a set of movements which gradually stimulate relaxation allowing accumulated tensions to leave and promoting a better circulation of energy & blood. Besides relaxation and articulation relief\, Aguahara works on an emotional level and in certain cases allows old traumas or forgotten repressed emotions to be seen and dissolved in the water.
