SUMMARY:Aguahara Level 1&2 in Mazunte
DESCRIPTION:From November 18 until Dicember 3\, an Aguahara course will take place in Mazunte\, on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. This three-module training (Official Aguahara Course Levels 1 & 2) will be facilitated by Sandra Morell\, offering a deep immersion into the art of aquatic therapy. \nLimited spots — only 8 places available for new students. \nThe course will be held in English and Spanish. \nThe training will take place in our heated saltwater pool space\, Flor de Agua. \nModule 1:  18-21 November\nModule 2: 24-27 November\nModule 3: 30 Nov – 3 Dicember \nWe will learn:\n\n\nHow to give a full session on the surface: opening and relaxing the body; floating\, movement\, and stretching \n\n\nMoving and being moved in connection with the bodies\, the breath\, and the water \n\n\nSession preparation – entering the water – basic position – head support \n\n\nThe dance of breath \n\n\nPresence\, movement\, and stillness \n\n\nConnection and deepening our relationship with the water \n\n\nIntroduction to the underwater experience \n\n\nFirst immersions (Module 2) and underwater movement and silence (Module 3) \n\n\nThe intention of this course is to create a space for learning and exploration of the water and of ourselves.It aims not only to teach the techniques behind this work\, but also to offer a deep experiential understanding of the potential that exists when being in the water. \nThe training will include practical sessions in the water\, as well as a theoretical part through talks and activities outside the water. \nSpecial price for the full course booking before 26 July  \nFor more information and registration\, feel free to contact us at:📧 aguadanza@gmail.com📞 +52 9581253870Instagram: @aguadanza
