DESCRIPTION:Aguahara Course Hungary 31.7.-14.8.2021\n  \nCOURSE CONTENT \nLevel 1 ~ We concentrate on our connection to the water\, ourselves and our partner. We practice to be a stable base and how to hold the space for someone. By the end of this module you will be able to give a complete Aguahara session on the surface of the water.\nLevel 2 ~ We discover the magic world of underwater movements and dance. We sharpen our intuition and get more playful. By the end of this module you will be able to give a complete Aguahara session including surface and underwater moves. \nThe training includes single and group exercises\, practice and theory class\, waterdance session\, supervised practice and group exchange. Most of the time is spent in the warm Water of our private pool\, but also some on land for theory classes\, additional exercises and sharings. This course can be very moving and intense. It is simultaneously a journey to oneself\, as a water being. Therefore\, we make a point to co-create a group atmosphere that feels as safe\, respectful and warm-hearted\, as possible.\nYou can join only for Level 1 (31.7.-10.8.) or for Level 1&2 (31.7.-14.8.).\nBy taking part in the course\, you can also become part of the ever growing and evolving global Aguahara community. \n  \nFACILITATOR \nLao Marin is trained in natural healing\, body therapy\, dance and somatic waterwork. In their courses Lao combines all this knowledge and is completely dedicated to working with people and water. Over the past years Lao has taught Aguahara courses in Berlin\, Portugal\, Ibiza\, and Brazil and is very excited to soon offer the very first Aguahara training in Hungary. \n  \nVENUE & FOOD \nThe beautiful Napmajor Farm will be our home for the duration of the course. The private warm-water pool and accommodation is surrounded by a lush green forest. While the location is only 60 kms away from Hungary’s capital city of Budapest\, it offers all the peace\, serenity and privacy that we can desire\, making it easy to leave behind the craziness of busy cities.\nYou will also receive healthy and nourishing meals three times a day. (If you would like us to take into consideration any special requirements in terms of meals\, please do get in touch.) \n  \nHEALTH & SAFETY \nThe course takes place depending on the national regulations of Hungary.
