DESCRIPTION:Aguahara Course in Mazunte\, Mexico\nMay 7th – 22nd \nJoin us for an intensive Aguahara course on the Pacific Coast of Mexico\, in Mazunte\, from May 7th to 22nd. This three-module training (Official Aguahara Level1 and 2 Course) will be facilitated by Sandra Morell\, offering a deep dive into the art of water therapy. \nLimited spots available – only 8 openings for new students. \nThe course will be in our new salty warm water space Flor de Agua. \nWhat You Will Learn: \n\nHow to give a complete surface session: opening and relaxing the body\, flotation techniques\, movements\, and stretches.\nMoving and being moved in connection with the body\, breath\, and water.\nSession preparation: entering the water\, basic positioning\, head support.\nThe dance of breath.\nPresence\, movement\, and stillness.\nDeepening our connection with water.\nIntroduction to underwater experiences.\nFirst immersions (Module 2) and underwater movements & silence (Module 3).\n\nThis course is designed to create a space for learning and self-exploration through water.
