DESCRIPTION:From February 19th to March 6th\, we will have an Aguahara course in Mazunte\, on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. It will be a 3 modules Intensive course (Official 2 Levels Aguahara Course) \nWith Sandra Morell as main facilitator. \nWe will Learn: \no How to give a complete session on surface; opening and relaxing the body; flotation\, movements and stretches. \no To move and being moved in the connection with the bodies\, the breath and the water. \no Preparation for the session – Entries to the water – Basic position – Head support \no Connecting and deepening in our relationship with the water \no Introduction to the underwater experience \no First immersions (module2) & Underwater movements and silents (module3) \no The dance of the breath \n  \nThe intention of this course is to create a space for learning and exploring the water and ourselves.
