Aguahara Level 1&2 in Mexico

From the 19 of November till the 4 of December there will be an Aguahara course in Mazunte, on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. This three-module training (Official Aguahara Level1 and 2 Course) will be facilitated by Sandra Morell, offering a deep dive into the art of water therapy.
Limited spots available – only 8 openings for new students.
The course will be in our new salty warm water space Flor de Agua.
It will be in English and Spanish.
What You Will Learn:
- How to give a complete surface session: opening and relaxing the body, flotation techniques, movements, and stretches.
- Moving and being moved in connection with the body, breath, and water.
- Session preparation: entering the water, basic positioning, head support.
- The dance of breath.
- Presence, movement, and stillness.
- Deepening our connection with water.
- Introduction to underwater experiences.
- First immersions (Module 2) and underwater movements & silence (Module 3).
This course is designed to create a space for learning and self-exploration through water. Beyond learning techniques, it offers a profound, experiential journey into the transformative potential of aquatic bodywork.
The training includes practical water sessions as well as theoretical components through lectures and land-based activities.
