 WATER THERAPY TRAINING

This winter we are offering Aguahara Level 2, intended for those who have completed Level 1 or have prior experience in water therapy.

The course takes place in the beautiful Hátún Swimming Pool and is based on safe and conscious work beneath the surface of the water.

The instructor is **Alexander Siebenstern**, who guides participants into a deep exploration of the underwater experience of Aguahara and the possibilities that open up there.

In this course, we consciously create a community in which space is held to dive deep—both physically and mentally.

 WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2?

Level 1 focuses on water therapy at the surface of the water.
Level 2 deepens the work and teaches how to accompany a client beneath the water’s surface, with an emphasis on safety, flow, creativity, and dance within the therapeutic process.
