 WATER THERAPY TRAINING

We invite you to take part in a powerful and in-depth Aguahara training course held in the beautiful Hátún Swimming Pool. The course takes place over three weekends in January / February and teaches the fundamental principles of Aguahara water therapy.

The course is taught by Alexander Siebenstern, who offers deep insight into the art and practice of water-based therapy.

The training is designed to create space for learning and self-exploration through water. In addition to technical instruction, it offers an experiential and transformative journey into the possibilities of aquatic bodywork.

Teaching consists of both practical water sessions and theoretical components, including lectures and land-based exercises.
