AGUAHARA TRAINING LEVEL 1&2

From February 19th to March 6th, we will have an Aguahara course in Mazunte, on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. It will be a 3 modules Intensive course (Official 2 Levels Aguahara Course)
With Sandra Morell as main facilitator.
We will Learn:
o How to give a complete session on surface; opening and relaxing the body; flotation, movements and stretches.
o To move and being moved in the connection with the bodies, the breath and the water.
o Preparation for the session – Entries to the water – Basic position – Head support
o Connecting and deepening in our relationship with the water
o Introduction to the underwater experience
o First immersions (module2) & Underwater movements and silents (module3)
o The dance of the breath
The intention of this course is to create a space for learning and exploring the water and ourselves. It aims not only to teach the techniques behind this work but also to provide a deep experiential understanding of the potential inherent in being in the water.
The training will include practical water sessions as well as a theoretical component through lectures and activities outside the water.
